11. Overview

This policy explains your rights and obligations when cancelling a booking with CLYMB (Taro Designs UK Limited). It applies to:

  • Studio rentals

  • Content creation (photo/video)

  • On-location shoots

  • Consulting, branding, or marketing services

We understand that plans change, but to protect our resources and team schedules, the following terms apply.

2. Studio Rental Cancellation

Cancellations

  • More than 48 hours before your booking:
    Full refund or free reschedule.

  • Within 24–48 hours:
    50% of your booking fee is refundable. Rescheduling may be available (subject to availability).

  • Less than 24 hours’ notice / No-Show:
    No refund. Full booking fee retained.

3. Content Creation (Photo/Video) – In Studio or On Location

Cancellations

  • More than 72 hours in advance:
    Full refund or reschedule (if pre-paid).

  • 48–72 hours in advance:
    50% refund or full credit toward rescheduled session.

  • Less than 48 hours before shoot:
    No refund. Costs incurred for prep, travel, or third-party bookings may still be charged.

4. Consulting & Strategy Services

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of a booked session will be subject to full charge.

  • One-time courtesy rescheduling is allowed with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Deposits paid for long-term projects or retainers are non-refundable unless cancelled within 48 hours of payment and before any work has begun.

5. Exceptions

We’re human — and we know life happens.

We will always consider waiving cancellation charges in cases of:

  • Medical emergencies (with documentation)

  • Family bereavement

  • Severe weather or disruption beyond your control

6. Third-Party Costs

For shoots or services involving:

  • Freelancers

  • Location fees

  • Models, stylists, or vendors
    …third-party costs may not be refundable. We’ll make you aware of these during the booking process.

7. Refund Method & Timeline

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method (Stripe, PayPal, or bank transfer).

  • Processing time: 3–7 business days depending on your provider.
