11. Photography & Studio Use (Special Clauses)
When you use our studio space or engage in a content shoot (on-site or off-site), the following applies:
We carry public liability and professional indemnity insurance to cover damages caused by us.
You (the client or renter) are responsible for any damage to our studio, equipment, or property during your rental or shoot session.
If we shoot on your premises, we are not liable for site-related hazards or conditions not under our control (e.g., lighting, access issues, power interruptions).
Clients are expected to sign a separate Studio Use Agreement or Shoot Agreement prior to service delivery.
We retain rights to use selected visuals (with client approval) for our portfolio and marketing unless otherwise agreed in writing.
