1. Agreement Overview
This Studio Use Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Taro Designs UK Limited (trading as CLYMB) and the individual or company (“Client”) hiring our studio for photography, videography, or other creative use.
By entering the premises or completing a studio booking, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the terms below.
2. Booking Details
Studio bookings must be made in advance and confirmed by email.
Usage is limited strictly to the booked time slot. Early access or overruns must be approved in advance and may incur additional charges.

3. Use of the Space
The Client agrees to:
Use the studio and its facilities solely for the agreed purpose (e.g., photography, videography).
Keep all areas clean, tidy, and return the studio to its original condition before leaving.
Dispose of rubbish responsibly in designated bins.
Report any damages, faults, or accidents immediately to CLYMB staff.
4. Equipment Use
Use of any in-house lighting, props, backdrops, or furniture must be requested in advance.
Clients must always seek permission before plugging in personal equipment into any wall socket. This is required to ensure safety with our electrical infrastructure.
Damages to equipment caused by misuse will be chargeable to the Client.
5. Health & Safety
Fire exits must be kept clear at all times.
No smoking or vaping is permitted anywhere inside the building.
Fire safety equipment (extinguishers, blankets) must not be tampered with.
The Client is responsible for the safety and conduct of all individuals they bring into the space (e.g. team members, models, children, guests).
6. Building Condition & Risks
The Client understands and accepts that:
The studio is located in an older building, which may have uneven flooring, exposed brickwork, limited ventilation, or other minor maintenance issues.
Taro Designs UK Limited will do its best to maintain a safe environment, but cannot guarantee a showroom-standard facility.
The space is used at your own risk and appropriate footwear and awareness is expected on site.
7. Parking
There is no on-site parking available.
Clients and their guests are responsible for sourcing appropriate street parking or using nearby public parking facilities.
8. Insurance & Liability
Taro Designs UK Limited holds public liability and professional indemnity insurance, covering accidents or damages caused by us or our staff.
The Client agrees to assume full responsibility for any damage caused by themselves, their team, guests, or external suppliers during the booking.
Taro Designs UK Limited accepts no liability for:
Injury caused by unsafe client actions or misuse of equipment
Loss of personal property or client equipment
Power cuts or external disruptions outside our control
9. Cancellations
Studio bookings cancelled with more than 48 hours’ notice are eligible for full refund or rescheduling.
Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a 50% charge.
No-shows are charged at the full rate.

10. Damages & Cleaning
All damages (to furniture, flooring, walls, electrical sockets, or equipment) will be invoiced after assessment.
Excessive mess (e.g. confetti, spills, food residue) may incur a cleaning fee of £30 or more.
11. Right to Refuse Access
Taro Designs UK Limited reserves the right to:
Deny entry to any individual behaving inappropriately, disrespectfully, or in breach of health and safety guidelines
Cancel bookings without refund in the case of aggressive or illegal activity
12. Agreement Acceptance
By making a booking or entering the premises, the Client confirms that:
They understand and accept all terms of this agreement
They will take full responsibility for all individuals under their supervision
They waive any claims against Taro Designs UK Limited relating to personal loss or injury, except where covered by law
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy to reflect changes in technology, regulations, or how we use cookies. Any updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
