Studio rental services (with or without our equipment)
Photography and videography services (in our studio or on client premises)

Each service may be governed by additional agreements (e.g., Studio Use Agreement, Photography Brief, Service Proposal). These Terms apply to all users unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Use of Our Website
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our website. By using this site, you represent that you meet this requirement. You agree not to misuse or attempt to access our systems unlawfully or disrupt the availability or functionality of the site.
4. Studio Use & Equipment Responsibility
When renting our studio or using our equipment:
You are fully responsible for the condition and safety of the studio space and any equipment used during your booking.
Taro Designs UK Limited holds public liability and professional indemnity insurance to cover damages caused by us or our team.
We do not accept liability for damage, injury, or loss caused by you, your guests, contractors, or third-party service providers during your session.
Clients must sign a Studio Rental Agreement before using the space.
5. On-Site Content Shoots
When we are contracted to shoot on your premises:
You are responsible for ensuring a safe and accessible work environment.
We are not liable for hazards, damage, or delays arising from the condition of your site.
We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel if conditions are unsafe or unsuitable.
6. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated:
All intellectual property rights for designs, visuals, photography, branding, and marketing materials created by us remain the property of Taro Designs UK Limited until full payment is received.
We retain the right to use selected works in our portfolio or marketing unless agreed otherwise in writing.
7. Payment Terms
All quotes and invoices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
A deposit or full advance payment may be required depending on the service.
Payments are accepted via Stripe, PayPal, or direct bank transfer.
Late payments may result in delayed delivery or cancellation of services.
8. Cancellations & Refunds
Please refer to our full [Refund & Cancellation Policy], which forms part of these Terms. Key points include:
Studio bookings cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a 50% fee.
No-shows are charged in full.
Content production and consulting services have a 72-hour cancellation window. Beyond that, fees may apply.
9. Comments and User-Submitted Content
If commenting is enabled:
We do not pre-moderate content but reserve the right to remove anything inappropriate or harmful.
By submitting comments, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use and share this content.
You agree your comments will not be defamatory, infringing, offensive, or unlawful. You remain legally responsible for any content you post.
